InspeekAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze complex insurance policies and convert them into easy-to-understand summaries. Our platform helps you:

Uploading Documents

Supported File Types

Accepted formats:
  • PDF: .pdf (best for digital policies)
  • Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png (for scanned documents)
  • Word: .doc, .docx

File Requirements

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  • Image quality: Ensure text is clear and readable
  • Language: English and major Indian languages supported
  • Document type: Must be an insurance policy document

Upload Process

  1. Go to the Upload page from your dashboard
  2. Select "Choose File" and pick your document
  3. Select the insurance type from dropdown
  4. Add optional title for easy identification
  5. Click "Upload & Process"
  6. Wait for processing notification
Tip: For best results with image uploads, ensure good lighting and the document is flat against a dark background.

Understanding Results

After processing, your simplified policy summary includes these sections:

Coverage Details

  • Sum Insured: Maximum coverage amount
  • Policy Term: Duration of coverage
  • Premium: Cost of the policy
  • Deductibles: Amount you pay before insurance kicks in

How to Translate

  1. Open your processed document
  2. Click the "Translate" button
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. Wait for translation to complete
  5. Review translated summary

Managing Documents

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard shows all uploaded documents with their processing status:

  • Processing - Document is being analyzed
  • Completed - Analysis finished, ready to view
  • Failed - Processing failed, try again

Document Actions

  • View: See simplified summary and original document
  • Translate: Convert to different language
  • Download: Export as PDF
  • Share: Send summary via email
  • Delete: Remove document and analysis

Auto-Deletion

For your security, documents are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can:

  • Change auto-deletion settings in your profile
  • Download summaries before deletion
  • Manually delete documents anytime

Billing & Payments

Pricing Model

Pay-per-upload model:
• 5 free uploads per month
• ₹50 per additional upload
• No monthly subscriptions
• Pay only for what you use

Payment Process

  1. Add payment method to your account
  2. Upload documents as needed
  3. Charges apply automatically for uploads beyond free limit
  4. Receive email receipt for each transaction

Billing History

View all transactions in your account settings:

  • Date and amount of each charge
  • Document processed
  • Payment method used
  • Download tax invoices

Troubleshooting
